Peach Brandy
Our peach brandy is a labor of love. The process is labor intensive and tedious but we believe the outcome is worth it. We start with thousands of pounds of Ohio grown peaches, process them by hand with the help of a 19th century fruit press, ferment the juice and then distill the wine. The yield is modest, but the spirit makes up for this by capturing the beautiful essence of peach. Enjoy our peach brandy neat in a snifter or in your favorite classic cocktail. Cheers!
Barrel Aged Peach Brandy
Shortly after the founding of Cincinnati, peach trees were planted in her fertile basin and a local distillery began making peach brandy. Making fruit wine and distilling brandy is a tedious, time-consuming endeavor but if done with care it yields a beautiful product. We love Cincinnati and we are passionate about craftsmanship so we decided to try our hand at brandy making.
Derived from whole peaches and with the help of our 19th century fruit press, we processed, fermented, distilled and barreled this peach brandy in 2020.
