Five Stories White Rum is a unique Dunder style Rum, that highlights the rich flavors of molasses and Panela sugar. Our White Rum is slowly crafted using our own in house dunder culture and a slow, 6-week fermentation. This yields an earthy Caribbean style spirit, while emphasizing the sweetness of the rich molasses and the Carmel notes from the cane sugar. While many Rums are sweetened and given artificial colors after distillation, ours is not.  Instead, we blend in a small amount of our barrel aged rum to add another level of complexity to the spirit. We feel that the spirit should be authentic to what comes off the still.
